MOTAUROS 2012 Humo, antorchas y motores // MOTAUROS 2012 Smoke, torchlights and engines

Since I have reason, I remember each biker concentration in my village. "Penguins" before, today "Motauros", but always with the same essence and the same scenario: Tordesillas. Once "the Holy Kings were going, I knew that in January there was still another celebration ...

Still I have a moment captured in photographs when i was 2 years, climb on a bike, yes, always with a hat. How cold it is January!. On Saturday night, It is the most important and beautiful concentration day, there is a torchlight parade. Thousands of motorists go up by the Roman bridge with torches in memory of motorists who are no longer among them.

Viewers will see, during the tour, motorbikes of all brands and designs and hear the roar of the engines joined to the odor that gives off so many bikes together. Here you'll find party in the concentration tents or in the taverns and pubs in the town.

If you approach the pine forest, where all the tents and camping areas take place, you´ll be able to meet people from all over Europe. The majority are German and French, who come with their bikes despite  of winter frosts. Every night there are concerts and djs, gogos, light and lasers shows, etc.

In addition, you can visit the town with its monuments, monasteries, museums, ... and the popular cuisine and pastry as the "turresilano" rooster or the "amarguillos", palms or the "polvorones del Toro de la Vega". The negative aspect of opting for the latter option this weekend is that all restaurants, shops and bars are full of people.
