Qué ver en Sevilla, España // What to see in Sevilla, Spain

It is a city of the south of Spain, and belonging to the autonomous community of Andalucía. It´s possible to do tourism comfortably without having to resort to buses, meter or taxis, so on not having been very big and the majority of the sites of interest are near, it is possible to be walking. The bad of the city, it is that in summer it is hot, managing to exceed them 40ºC, for what it is advisable to visit her in other epochs.

As already I told you in a previous post, was a few days there enjoying more of the fair of April, so only I did tourism one day. It was sufficient to see everything without penetrating. We begin from our hotel that one was finding in full historical hull at 12 a.m. (we get up late due to the fact that it is "sacred" to go out of holiday in the night if you go of fair), we gave a few returns for the alleys until we stop to eating in several sites doing "tapeo".

     Later, we were visiting:
    • The town hall of Seville.
    • Neighborhood and the church of Santa Cruz, with his narrow alleys and Andalucía courts. It is worth knowing it, and if it has time, being going in the night to sup on and seeing the local environment.
    • Church of San Salvador.
    • Lebrija's palace, and to the side, the "Plaza Nueva".
We did a rest in a terrace next to Triana's bridge, to observe and to admire precious conference that offer his houses of colors. It is a magnificent site to stop and to give him a respite with a fresh beer.

We continue walking for Cristobal Colón's Walk, and we saw the "plaza de toros"(bullring) of "La Maestranza", the theatre of  "La Maestranza", the "Torre del Oro" (Tower of the Gold) -of here cruises go out at every hour to cross the Guadalquivir during an hour- and the bridge of "Los Remedios" (that goes towards the enclosure of the Fair in the neighborhood with the same name).

We walking towards "Jeréz's Door" to see the University of Seville, the Theatre of Lope de Vega and going for  avenue of Isabel, la Católica, we come to General Captaincy and "Plaza de España" (in another post, it punctures here). To the return, we have dinner also of tapeo for San Fernando's street, and the zone of the Álcazar, in the following post I will tell you the sites for which we were.

Of way to the hotel, we saw the Álcazar, the Cathedral, the famous Giralda and the Archepiscopal Palace. This zone is riddled with tourists doing his photos. And here already we end our tourist day tired of travelling and of the heat temperature.

If you have more days, I recommend to you to visit also:
    • Neighborhood of "La Macarena": with the church and the arch of "La Macarena" and the Parliament of Andalucía.
    • Cartuja´s isle, where the EXPO was celebrated ' 92.
    • Theme Park of attractionsIsla Mágica.
    • Cruise for the river The Guadalquivir, is contracted and begins in the zone of "La Maestranza" and the Tower of the Gold ( "Torre del Oro" ).
    • To see a spectacle of Flamenco, of great interest especially for foreigners. There is a daily spectacle in many sites, for example, in the "Palacio Andaluz ".
    • To cross Triana's bridge and enjoy of the environment and of the bars and terraces of the street of "el Betis" (the same name of the football team).
