Debido a mi reciente viaje a París, os dejo una lista de películas que nos transportan a esta ciudad que a mí me encantó:
Due to my recent trip to Paris, I leave a list of movies that will transport you to this city that I loved:
1. Marie Antoinette (2006). Trata sobre la vida de la reina en la Francia del siglo XVIII, desde su llegada a Versalles hasta la caída del Régimen monárquico con la Revolución Francesa. Se puede admirar Versalles en todo su explendor, cómo vestían, qué hacían para divertirse,... Ganadora de un Oscar al mejor diseño de vestuario.
Marie Antoinette (2006). It's about the life of the queen in the eighteenth-century in France, from her arrival in Versailles until the fall of the Monarchy with the French Revolution. You can admire Versailles in all its glory, how they dressed, what they did for fun, ... Oscar winner for best costume design.
2. El Código Da Vinci (2005). Basada en la novela de Dan Brown. ¿Quién no hay oído hablar del Código Da Vinci a estas alturas?. Entre otras localizaciones, están el museo del Louvre con su pirámide de cristal o la Mona Lisa.
The Da Vinci Code (2005). Based on the novel by Dan Brown. Who's not heard of the Da Vinci Code by now?. Among other locations, there are the Louvre Museum with its glass pyramid or the Mona Lisa.
3. Medianoche en París, de Woody Allen. Cuenta las visicitudes de una familia en viaje de trabajo, además de la pareja protagonista: un guionista desilusionado de Hollywood y su prometida, que se encuentran de vacaciones.
Midnight in Paris, Woody Allen. It tells the family adventures on a business trip in addition to the two main characters: a screenwriter disillusioned with Hollywood and his fiancée, who are on vacation as well.
4. Moulin Rouge (2001). Es un musical ambientado en el cabaret de Montmartre que lleva el mismo nombre sobre un bohemio escritor y la estrella del lugar. Está considerado uno de los mejores musicales de la historia. Basada en la Dama de las Camelias de Alejandro Dumas y la Traviata de Giuseppe Verdi.
Moulin Rouge (2001). It is a musical set in the Montmartre cabaret called with the same name about a bohemian writer and a cabaret star. It is considered one of the best musicals ever. It based on the Lady of the Camellias by Alexandre Dumas and La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi.
5. Amelie (2001). Película francesa bajo el lema "Elle va changer ta vie...". Amélie es una joven camarera que decide cambiar su vida después de enterarse del accidente del Lady Di. El mismo día encuentra una cajita con fotografías de un niño de hace ya 40 años en su baño y decide buscarlo. Está también localizada la película en el barrio de Montmartre.
Amelie (2001). French film under the slogan "Elle va changer ta vie...". Amélie is a young waitress who decides to change her life after the crash of Lady Di. The same day she finds a box in her bathroom with pictures of a child 40 years ago and decided to look for him. The film is also located in the district of Montmartre.
6. Antes del atardecer (2004). Es la secuela de "Antes del amanecer" y la predecersora de la que está ahora en los cines "Antes del anochecer". Trata del reencuentro de los dos protagonistas en París después de 9 años. Una película diferente igual que la anterior.
Before Sunset (2004). It is the sequel to "Before Sunrise" and predecessor of "Before dark". Tell the reunion of the two main characters in Paris after nine years. A different film as above.
7. El jorobado de Notre Dame (1996). Muchos habrá visto también esta película de Disney. Esmeralda, la gitana, Quasimodo, el jorobado y el capitan Febo contra el cruel juez Frollo. Adaptación de la obra Nuestra señora de París de Víctor Hugo. No puedo evitar relacionar la catedral con el jorobado... ¡Las veces qué habré visto esta película cuando era pequeña!.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996). I think many people will have seen this Disney movie. Esmeralda, the Gypsy, Quasimodo, the Hunchback and the Captain Phoebus against the cruel Judge Frollo. Adaptation of the Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo. I can not avoid to relate the cathedral with the Hunchback ... The times did I seen this movie when I was a child!.
