El domingo llegué a Nueva York. No me recibió el primer día muy bien: llovía mucho. Para ir al hotel se puede coger el airtrain (no demasiado fiable si vas sólo, llegas algo tarde y llevas un montón de maletas), el bus, los taxis y los shuttle. Decidí coger este último, me costó hasta Manhattan alrededor de los 15-20 dolares. Pensaba que me llevaría directamente al hotel, pero éste paraba en diferentes lugares como un autobus normal, mi parada era la de la Gran Central Station, y tenía que hacer transbordo hacia ella.Asique en lugar de esperar en la calle lloviendo y con las maletas, cogí un taxi (sí, ¡¡cogí un taxi en Nueva York, y encima, lloviendo!!) que me costó 7 dolares.
Estoy en el hotel New Yorker. Tiene unas plantas dedicadas a ser residencia de estudiantes. Las habitaciones están muy bien para ser una residencia. Tienen internet y baño privado. Se comparten 3 cocinas entre todas las plantas de la residencia. El hotel, además, tiene gimnasio, lavandería y un restaurante 24 horas en el que te hacen el 10% de descuento.
La clase está en la planta 63 del Empire State Building. Al salir del hotel ya se ve el ESB. Las vistas son impresionantes. Os dejo una foto, es lo que veo cuando salgo del hotel.

They have Internet and private bat, 3 kitchens are shared between all the plants of the residence. The hotel, in addition, has gymnasium, laundry and a restaurant 24 hours in that they make you a 10 % of discount.
