Camden Town, London

Uno de los sitios más alternativos, originales y turísticos de Londrés es Camden Town. Hace tres domingos fuimos a dar una vuelta y comer en alguno de los puestos de sus mercadillos. Tuvimos suerte porque nos hizó un día muy soleado. Cada fin de semana se llena de turistas y es muy normal ir andando por la calle y oír hablar a mucha gente en español.

One of the most alternative and original London tour is Camden Town. Three Sundays ago, we went for a walk and eat in a street stall. We were lucky because we had a very sunny day. Every weekend is filled with tourists and is very normal to walk down the street and hear speaking lots of Spanish.

Se encuentra en el municipio de Camden y es vista en el Reino Unido como la capital de rock alternativo. A parte de sus bares, sus restaurantes y su extravagante mercado, tanto a turistas como a autóctonos les gusta comer o pasear por la orilla del Regent's Canal, sobre todo, en verano. Este canal pasa a través del Zoo de Londrés y se puede viajar en bote desde Camden Lock.

It is located in the town of Camden and is seen in the UK as the capital of alternative rock. Beside its bars, restaurants and quirky market, tourists and natives like eating or strolling along the bank of the Regent's Canal, especially in Summer. This channel passes through the London Zoo and you can travel by boat from Camden Lock.

Terminamos la visita en el Stables Market comiendo un gofre o waffle. En este mercado puedes encontrar comida de casi todas las nacionalidades, desde paella hasta noodles. Ah!!, y no se os olvide tampoco visitar la extravagante tienda Cyberdog, dos plantas dedicadas a ropa y complementos fluorescentes llenas de luces, fashes y música a todo volumen con djs y gogos.

We ended our tour at the Stables Market eating a waffle. In this market you can find food from almost all nationalities, from paella to noodles. Ah!, And also don't forget to visit the extravagant Cyberdog store, two floors dedicated to clothes and accessories full of fluorescent lights, fashes and loud music with DJs and gogos.
