Hace unos días llegué a Londrés. Me recibió con su casi sempiterno cielo gris. No ha llovido todavía por lo que he tenido bastante suerte, aún así durante el fin de semana ¡hizo un frío de mil demonios!. Tuve la sensación de que el centro de la ciudad apenas ha cambiado desde mi última visita hace unos 7 años.
A few days ago I arrived in London. It greeted me with its almost everlasting gray sky. It has not rained yet so I've been pretty lucky, yet during the weekend it was cold as hell!. I had the feeling that the city center has barely changed since my last visit seven years ago.

Llegué al centro de Londrés en autobús con la compañía Terravison, me costó £8 desde Stanted hasta Liverpool street. Lo contraté desde España en el aeropuerto (también se pueden comprar por internet), salen cada poco tiempo desde y hacia todos los aeropuertos y no tienen una hora fijada para coger el bus.

Al principio me alojé con una familia (homestay) en la zona 2, pero debido al mal estado de la casa me cambié a una residencia universitaria, Friendship House Residence, en la zona 1 y ya estoy mucho mejor. Las habitaciones tienen baño propio, mesa de estudio, armarios, nevera, Internet y hay conserje 24/7, varios comedores de autoservicio y lavandería. Es un edificio nuevo en frente de la London South Bank University.
At first I lived with a family (homestay) in Zone 2, but due to the poor condition of the home I moved into a universitary residence, Friendship House Residence, in Zone 1 and I'm much better. Rooms have private bathroom, desk, cupboards, fridge, Internet and concierge 24/7, several dining rooms and self-service laundry. It's a new building in front of the London South Bank University.
